Aug. 26 | Make hay. Earl goes away at nite. Bud Koontz comes out. Bob takes load of wood to town. Brings toilets out. Takes them down at nite to school. Harriett, Helen & Myrtle go along. |
Aug. 27 | Take another load of wood. Earl rides along. Comes home with G-father. Bob & Earl go to Thompson for melon. Father & Mike make cider up to Warner’s in P.M. Boy home around 9 bells. |
